These Terms & Conditions apply to use of the public Courts In AZ website and its online tools. They are separate from any signed construction agreement or project-specific contract.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using courtsinaz.com, the Courts In AZ estimator, contact forms, scheduling links, or other online features that link to these Terms & Conditions, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
2. Website purpose
The website provides general information about Courts In AZ, custom athletic court services, service areas, project-planning information, estimate tools, and ways to contact or schedule with the team.
Website content is provided for general informational and lead-generation purposes. It does not replace a site inspection, engineering review, permit review, written construction proposal, or signed construction agreement.
3. Estimator terms and pricing information
The online estimator is a planning tool. Any estimate, range, price direction, summary, or automated result is preliminary and based only on the information entered at the time.
- Estimator results are not a binding bid, guaranteed price, or construction contract.
- Final pricing may depend on access, excavation or base preparation, drainage, grading, concrete or asphalt conditions, court dimensions, surfacing, equipment, lighting, fencing, engineering, permitting, utility conditions, material availability, taxes, and other project-specific factors.
- Courts In AZ may correct errors, request additional information, or revise preliminary pricing after reviewing the property and project scope.
4. Construction services and contracts
Courts In AZ is part of Atmosphere Outdoor Living Group. Licensed construction services are performed by Atmosphere Pools & Landscape, Arizona ROC #346202, #346203, and #345849.
Any actual construction project is governed by the written proposal, scope, specifications, change orders, warranties, payment terms, and signed agreement applicable to that project. If these website terms conflict with a signed construction agreement, the signed construction agreement controls for that project.
5. Permitted use
You may use the website for lawful personal or business purposes related to evaluating or requesting Courts In AZ services. You may not interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy the website at scale, impersonate another person, submit false information, or use the website in violation of law.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, branding, logos, graphics, project photography, videos, estimator presentation, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Courts In AZ or its affiliates and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view and use the website for ordinary informational purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
7. Third-party services and links
The website may use or link to third-party services such as estimator software, scheduling platforms, maps, social networks, video platforms, payment or financing providers, analytics tools, and other websites. Courts In AZ does not control those third-party services and is not responsible for their separate terms, availability, security, or content.
8. Website accuracy and availability
We aim to keep website information useful and current, but specifications, services, service areas, product availability, pricing assumptions, images, and project details can change. We do not warrant that every website statement is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for every property.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue website features at any time.
9. Disclaimer of website warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and online tools are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for informational and planning purposes. We disclaim implied warranties relating to the website itself, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are prohibited by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Courts In AZ and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the website, reliance on preliminary estimator information, or third-party services.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
11. Privacy
Your use of the website is also subject to the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Cookie Policy.
12. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent another law must apply.
13. Changes to these terms
